Perched in the heart of the Saint-Gervais — Megève ski area, the Refuge Chez La Tante is only accessible in the mountains, via the Bettex cable car by foot or by ski.
To reach the refuge, we invite you to plan your arrival between 9:00 and 16:30, opening hours of the slopes and ski lifts. Outside these hours, no access is possible.
Our team helps you organize your ascent from Bettex. If you have opted for our luggage service, we will welcome you at the Bettex ski lift ticket offices, before taking care of your luggage to take them to the refuge.
Located in the heart of the slopes, the Refuge Chez La Tante is a unique place, accessible only during the opening of the ski area. To guarantee a smooth and warm welcome, we thank you for respecting the ascent times.
A horse-drawn carriage ensures the back and forth between the Bettex cable car and the hotel for pedestrians as well as the transport of your luggage. Rotations take place every 30 minutes, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The hotel cannot be held responsible in case of failure to use the cable car.

You arrive by your own means and ski
Parking at Bettex.
Package: purchased on site or delivered by us (pre-encoded the day before).
Luggage: kept with you, dropped off at the Refuge or given to the Bettex baggage handler who will assemble them during the day.

Pedestrian pass: purchased on site or delivered by us.
Access by cable car, then: on foot (the carriage carries your luggage) or directly by horse-drawn carriage with your luggage.

Nous pouvons récupérer vos bagages au pied de la télécabine du Bettex.

Nous pouvons récupérer vos bagages dans votre hôtel ou résidence à Megève et les acheminer au Refuge dans la journée.
