Perched in the heart of the Saint-Gervais ski area, Refuge Chez La Tante is only accessible by mountain, via the Alpin gondola for pedestrians or by skiing.

Accessible to pedestrians via gondola or by skiing.
SUMMER
Accessible to pedestrians via gondola, by hiking, or by mountain bike.
To reach the refuge, please plan your arrival between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, which corresponds to the operating hours of the slopes and ski lifts. Access is not possible outside of these times.
- For guests arriving on foot, please check in at Saint-Gervais at the base of the Alpin gondola; you will then need to transport your own luggage up to the Refuge.
- For skiers who have booked our luggage service, we will meet you at the Alpin lift ticket office to collect your bags and transport them directly to the Refuge.
- For guests arriving on foot, you will be welcomed in Saint-Gervais, at the bottom of the Alpin gondola lift, and then you will make your own way up to the Refuge with your luggage.
- For skiers who have opted for the luggage service, we will meet you at the Alpin ski lift ticket office and take care of your luggage, transporting it directly to the Refuge.
Located in the heart of the slopes, Refuge Chez La Tante is a unique destination accessible only while the ski area is open. To ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival, please adhere to the lift operating hours.

You arrive by your own means and ski
Parking at Bettex.
Package: purchased on site or delivered by us (pre-encoded the day before).
Luggage: kept with you, dropped off at the Refuge or given to the Bettex baggage handler who will assemble them during the day.

Access by cable car, then: on foot with your luggage.
ARRIVING BY TAXI OR SHUTTLE
Drop-off at the Chatelet parking lot, with a meeting point at the base of the Alpin gondola.
The porter will handle the delivery of your ski passes and the collection of your luggage.
SKI FROM SAINT GERVAIS
We can pick up your luggage at the foot of the Alpin gondola.
SKIING FROM MEGEVE
We can collect your luggage from your hotel or residence in Megève and deliver it to the Refuge within the day. This is a paid service.
