Restaurant Chez La Tante welcomes you in winter for a gourmet break in the heart of the Saint-Gervais-les-Bains ski area. The menu features generous, Alpine-inspired cuisine: hearty casseroles, seasonal recipes, and plates to share in the spirit of a mountain brasserie.
At lunchtime, skiers and pedestrians gather around large tables, either in the warmth of the dining room or out on the terrace when the sun is shining. All this with a view of the snow-capped peaks before heading back out to the slopes.

When the slopes empty and night falls over the peaks, Chez La Tante takes on a new atmosphere.
In the evening, the restaurant welcomes guests of the Refuge to enjoy the Chef’s suggestions. After a day of skiing, gather around the table to extend the evening and discover a menu that evolves throughout the winter.
Inside, the pace slows down. The fireplace, the wood, and the soft textures give the space its unique atmosphere. It’s a place to dine, chat, and simply enjoy the evening, with the snow-covered mountains as a backdrop.

From early morning, the bar is one of the first stops at the Refuge. Grab a coffee or a juice before lacing up your ski boots and heading out to the slopes.
Throughout the day, our menu is perfect for post-ski relaxation or a break between runs: enjoy hot drinks, signature cocktails, and a curated selection of wines, served indoors or out on the terrace when the sun is shining.
At the end of the day, as the last skiers leave the slopes, it’s the place to be for après-ski. With a drink in hand, you can keep the day going before heading to your room or sitting down for dinner.
At the heart of the Refuge, the bar sets the pace for winter days, from your first morning coffee to your final nightcap.

At the Refuge Chez La Tante, the day always starts with a generous and comforting breakfast.
The buffet highlights regional products and simple pleasures: farm cheeses, local charcuteries, homemade jams, crusty bread, morning pastries, fresh fruit and squeezed juices.
For athletes, a lighter and more energizing selection is also available. Located in front of the peaks, this moment becomes a real break, an opportunity to savor the mountain at the first light of day.
