When the mountains subside and night covers the peaks, the Restaurant Chez La Tante changes pace.
The restaurant welcomes our guests for a dinner designed as a timeless moment. The kitchen remains true to the spirit of the house: seasonal products, cooking over a wood fire, dishes that warm up after a day in the open air.
In a soft and cozy atmosphere, the meal becomes a moment of sharing, where simplicity and real taste prevail. By the fire, between wood and wool, everyone enjoys the pleasure of being together, far from the hustle and bustle.

Dès le matin, le bar devient le point de rendez-vous du Refuge. On y savoure un café fraîchement préparé ou un jus pressé, avant de partir à la découverte des sentiers et des paysages environnants.
À toute heure, la carte propose boissons rafraîchissantes, cocktails maison, vins soigneusement sélectionnés et créations estivales à partager. En journée, le bar vibre d’une énergie douce et conviviale, rythmé par les allées et venues des promeneurs et des amateurs de grand air.
À la tombée du jour, l’atmosphère se fait plus paisible : on s’y retrouve pour prolonger la soirée autour d’un verre, bercé par la fraîcheur de l’altitude et la lumière déclinante.

At the Refuge Chez La Tante, the day always starts with a generous and comforting breakfast.
The buffet highlights regional products and simple pleasures: farm cheeses, local charcuteries, homemade jams, crusty bread, morning pastries, fresh fruit and squeezed juices.
For athletes, a lighter and more energizing selection is also available. Located in front of the peaks, this moment becomes a real break, an opportunity to savor the mountain at the first light of day.
