A timeless stay, in a modern and cozy refuge, designed for disconnection and contemplation.
Between discreet luxury and alpine hospitality, the Refuge offers an immersive mountain experience:

• a warm and cocooning setting,
• a cuisine based on embers, generous and friendly,
• a wellness area with swimming pool, steam room and sauna,
• and the pure beauty of the mountain as the only horizon.

The Refuge Chez La Tante is located in the heart of the Saint-Gervais — Megève slopes, and is only accessible via the Bettex cable car, open from 9 am to 4.30 pm.
No access by road is possible.
We invite you to plan your arrival within this time frame, because outside these hours, it is not possible to reach the Refuge.
Our team is at your disposal to organize your ascent from Bettex and to welcome you as soon as you arrive at the ski lift ticket offices.

Package: purchased on site or delivered by us (booked at the latest the day before at the hotel).

Luggage: kept with you and dropped off at the Ski Refuge or given to the Bettex baggage handler who will assemble them during the day.

Pedestrian package: purchased on site or delivered by us (booked at the latest the day before at the hotel).

Access by cable car, then: on foot (the carriage carries your luggage) or directly by horse-drawn carriage with your luggage.

Drop off at Bettex.

The baggage handler ensures the delivery of packages and the care of luggage.

We can pick up your luggage at your hotel or residence in Megève and deliver it to the Refuge during the day.

We can pick up your luggage at the foot of the Bettex cable car.

The starting point is located at the Bettex ski lift ticket office in Saint-Gervais.
Our team will be waiting for you there to facilitate your ascent and ensure the care of your luggage, if you have chosen to use our baggage service.

A horse-drawn carriage ensures the back and forth between the Bettex cable car and the hotel for pedestrians as well as the transport of your luggage.

Rotations take place every 30 minutes, from 11 am to 5 pm.

The Refuge welcomes its guests from 4 pm and the rooms must be vacated at 11 am. For skiers, luggage storage is available as well as a cloakroom allowing access to the spa upon arrival. Luggage can be picked up directly from the Bettex cable car or from Megève for customers arriving on skis.

For reasons of accessibility in the mountains, no access is possible after the closure of the cable car.
We therefore recommend that you plan your arrival well before 16:30. In case of delay or unforeseen circumstances, contact us as soon as possible in order to find the best possible solution for your comfort and safety.

The rooms are all non-smoking and have a daily cleaning service with an overlay. Pets are not allowed. Babies are welcome with adapted beds available on request. The tourist tax is €4.80 per night and per adult.
The Refuge is not equipped with rooms specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Room service is not offered.

Our animal friends are not accepted either in the hotel or in the restaurant.
